  • Take care of your team and they will take care of you. — Christine D.

  • Stay focused, stay up to date, and know you are not alone. Most importantly be kind to yourself and STAY STRONG. — Martha B.

  • For all of those pharmacists and techs volunteering, my special thanks for having such a commitment to the community (especially the Latino one), providing care, time to listen, and dedication. Keep up the great work you do, and don't forget to laugh (it is the best medicine to heal). — Mariangela S.

  • It has been an extremely challenging time in the hospital and continues to be. In the very beginning when nobody knew exactly what to do it was teamwork that pulled us through. There was no policy in place for us yet. As a department, the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians had to brainstorm on the spot how to best meet the needs of our covid patients. If we don't work together it simply doesn't work. — Theresa Lynn M.

  • Please remember that everyone in healthcare is suffering. Whether or not the work done is at the bedside, in the lab, in the Pharmacy or behind a desk, the past year has been very difficult. Supporting each other is the only way to get through. Encourage, educate, acknowledge, inspire, reassure, share, cheer, promote, collaborate, validate, motivate, excite, etc. Do whatever you have to do to keep the stress down, spirits up, and focus forward. A sincere thank you for all of MY supporters. God Bless!! — Teresa P

  • Just keep swimming. I keep reminding myself that I’m only struggling right now and NOT failing. Find a good support system whether it’s a bountiful tribe of people or a much smaller circle of people who love and support you. And remember it takes courage to speak out and ask for help. — Breanna C.

  • We can get through this and come out of this stronger than ever. We need to be there for each other and really listen! We will stand tall and be proud of all we do! — Lisa M.

  • Thank you to all my fellow pharmacists! I won't begin to give advice on coping since it caused a horrible flare from stress, but just wanted to give solidarity to all of you! Especially to my technicians both past and present! You all are the backbone that helps the day run smoothly! — Casey U.

  • Have a person that is your sounding board. Don’t keep it inside. Seek help. — Ashley S.

  • I've been a technician with a regional grocery chain for the past ten years and have a true cross-section of humanity as a patient base. We see it all and are expected to know it all and be able to do it all. It can be so frustrating and thankless and even demoralizing -- but know this: you are making a true difference in people's lives. You may not be thanked for it or compensated fairly for it, but you're doing it. Show up. Do your job to the best of your ability. Ask for help, no matter the type, when you need it. Above all else, be kind to yourselves. You deserve it and have earned it. — Chip D.

  • -Learn from mistakes -Gain the knowledge not the frustration -Communicate with your peers and have workplace transparency -Always start and end the day with a smile — Timothy M,
